    Part-Time Health & Beauty Care Customer Service

    Purpose: To assist the HBC(Health & Beauty Care) Department by, but not limited to, stocking, displaying and knowledgeable customer service. The team member plays an important role in merchandising products as well as assisting customers with knowledgeable service in their department.

    Status: Reports to the HBC Manager; Part-time, 12-20 hours, hourly position(s). Availability days and weekends as well as flexibility to float between Hudson and Shoreview locations.

    Requirements:

    • Experience and product knowledge of vitamins and supplements is a must
    • 1-3 years previous experience in related field
    • High energy with the ability to multi-task
    • Strong demonstrated commitment to customer service, training, retail execution, food safety and sanitation
    • High integrity and strong work ethic are required
    • Creative and proactive problem-solver
    • Impeccable organizational skills with strong attention to detail
    • Proven ability to develop and implement action plans
    • Friendly and approachable personality
    • Maintain a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly and efficient customer service
    • Available days and weekends
    • Flexible to be scheduled at two locations, Hudson, WI and Shoreview, MN

      Part-Time Cashier/Grocery/Frozen/Dairy Customer Service-Evenings

      Purpose: As a Cashier/Grocery/Frozen/Dairy Customer Service member you will perform duties related to both the Front End Department and Grocery Department including but not limited to customer service, ringing accuracy and efficiency, maintain Front End, product stocking and rotating of products, all while maximizing profit and adhering to all store policies and procedures.

      Status: Reports to the Front End Lead & Grocery Manager; Part-time, 12-20 hours; counter help for Front End & Grocery Departments.

      Requirements:

      • Provide friendly, welcoming customer service
      • Proactive in identifying customer's product needs and interests
